LAS VEGAS -- A cement truck overturned on its side while traveling northbound on Interstate 15 at Russell Road, Nevada Highway Patrol officials said.Two lanes were closed for cleanup. The Nevada Department of Transportation said there was diesel fuel mixed with spilled cement on the road.It happened at about 1:30 p.m. Wednesday.The driver has minor injuries from the crash, NHP officials said.
