LAS VEGAS -- There is more troubling news for a Strip property under construction.The Cosmopolitan Resort is facing foreclosure after the developer defaulted on a $760 million loan.Deutsche Bank is taking over the property.Now, they're talking to the MGM Mirage and Hilton Hotels about the possibility of running the $3 billion resort.
