The doorman/bellman saw this struggle and came to assist Mr. Wynn in gaining control of the females. During the struggle Mr. Wynn was allegedly struck in the face with a (sic) open hand slap thrown by Maria Cournede. Mr. Wynn was not injured. The female fled on foot, but was taken into custody along Las Vegas Boulevard in front of the hotel.
