LAS VEGAS -- A suspended Nevada state judge's fight to keep her elected position moved to a federal court Wednesday morning.A U.S. District Court judge is due to hear Clark County District Court Judge Elizabeth Halverson's request to stop a Nevada Commission on Judicial Discipline hearing that started Monday.Halverson claims the panel is denying her a fair hearing.
