LAS VEGAS -- Two defendants charged in the Aryan Warriors gang pleaded guilty to federal racketeering and drug charges Wednesday.Daniel Egan, aka "Dano," pleaded guilty to two counts of violent crimes in aid of racketeering. Kory Allen Crossman, aka "Lobes," pleaded guilty to drug conspiracy.In July 2007, Egan and Crossman were booked with 12 others of conspiracy to engage in a racketeer influenced corrupt organization. Officials said that the men were members of the Aryan Warriors, a gang that operates between inmates and free residents.Historically, the gang has focused on the protection of white inmates and the promotion of white supremacy within the Nevada prisons, ensuring their power through violence, agents said. Members inside prisons would sell drugs and run extensive gambling operations.
More recently, the Aryan Warriors have attempted to expand their on the streets by setting up hubs in the Las Vegas, Henderson, Pahrump, and Reno communities.
