LAS VEGAS -- A couple accused of leaving their child in a hot car will be in court Thursday for their preliminary hearing on second-degree murder charges.Stan and Colleen Rimer were accused of leaving their 4-year-old in an SUV for 17 hours.An older sibling found Jason Rimer's body.Metro's arrest report detailed years of alleged abuse within the Rimer home.
