LAS VEGAS -- Rep. Jon Porter is taking gas receipts all the way to Capitol Hill to protest the prices at the pump. But not everyone's buying it.On Monday, residents from Porter's District 3 protested the congressman. They said last month, Porter voted against a bill that would have eliminated tax incentives to big oil companies and cut taxes for more than 58,000 families in his district. Many Nevadans say they're struggling to make a living, while Porter reportedly makes a large amount of money off the oil companies."We think that the receipt that really matters here is the $210,000 receipt that shows how much he has received from big oil and gas companies," said protester Kirsten Searer.Porter said he wants to hand-deliver gas receipts to House Speaker Nancy Pelosi.
