LAS VEGAS -- Two people died Saturday after drowning in residential pools, police said.

Sean Warren, 34, was found floating in his pool in the 4200 block of Vista Colorado Street just after 12:30 p.m. Responding police found a cut on Warren's head after pulling him from the pool.

Sherry Lee Shandlel, 48, was found dead in her home's pool in the 10000 San Bellacova Court just after noon.

Responding officers pulled her out of the pool, but said she was already dead.

Police said they are still investigating both drownings and are waiting for toxicology reports back in both incidents.
