Couples Were Celebrating Anniversaries In Las Vegas, Friends Say

LAS VEGAS -- The four people who were killed in a plane crash that caused a wildfire at Mount Charleston Saturday have been identified.Erik and Tanya Nunn and Craig and Michelle Wilson, of Oakley, Calif., were on board the small Piper Cherokee plane flying back to California after celebrating their anniversaries in the Valley.After departing the North Las Vegas Airport, the pilot started having trouble near Mount Charleston, eventually striking some power lines and crashing into the mountain, police said."We were at the table having a picnic and all of a sudden we hear this very loud noise," witness Christiana Hayden said. "It sounded like it was going to crash into the house went right past us at the dining room window. As we ran up to the wreckage, all we saw was wheels, wings, propellers."The families of those people killed have not issued a statement about the crash at this time.As of Monday morning, fire crews said the fire is fully contained. They do not say how much damage was caused by the crash.
