LAS VEGAS -- A judge set bail at $73,000 for a man charged with kidnapping, beating and robbing NFL player Javon Walker after a night of club-hopping this month on the Strip.Attorneys for Arfat Fadel, 30, say Fadel intends to plead not guilty to charges. It wasn't immediately clear Friday if Fadel could make bail.He told another judge on Wednesday that he couldn't post $13,000 bail in a separate domestic battery case.In an incident report released Wednesday, police said Walker, 29, willingly got into a vehicle with Fadel and another man about dawn on June 16 before he was robbed and beaten.Walker suffered broken bones in his jaw and eye socket, and was robbed of more than $3,000 in cash, three $1,000 gambling chips. A watch and jewelry worth about $100,000 were taken.Walker's friend, Lindsey Herman, identified Fadel in a lineup, and police were able to link Fadel's vehicle to that in surveillance tapes.Fadel denies that he and another man -- who has yet to be apprehended -- followed the Oakland Raiders wide receiver from club to club before enticing him into a Range Rover and robbing him.For more information, read the full incident report regarding Fadel's arrest.
