LAS VEGAS -- Cosmopolitan magazine is slapping the Cosmopolitan Mega Resort on the Strip with a lawsuit, and it's because of the resort's name.A trademark infringement lawsuit was just filed in federal court.Hearst Communications claims the development has tried to confuse the public into thinking the project is associated with the publishing company.The Cosmopolitan has already lost its funding and is facing foreclosure.It was set to open late next year.
