THE RANT
TOPIC: Javon Walker Attack
NAME: Cari
RANT: I hope he gets well soon. Just remember, you don't have to be a celebrity and flaunt your money to get beaten and robbed. Several years ago a kid was shot to the death in a local park because someone else wanted his shoes. Instead of getting a job and working hard, they decided to kill this poor kid and steal his shoes. It doesn't matter who you are -- if you have what the bad guys want, they're going to take it.
NAME: J.D.
RANT: Javon Walker must think the Metro police, the Bellagio Hotel-Casino and the rest of us are fools to believe his story. No doubt he was beat up, but as he states: his attackers 'somehow' got him into a car from his room at Bellagio and dumped him on a local street? He wants us to believe that three thugs carried/moved a severely-injured person from his room at Bellagio to a car, past dozens of cameras and hotel staff and guests. Even at 5:30 a.m., that would be next to impossible without suspicion. There is a reason why he made this story up.
TOPIC: Child Death In An SUV
NAME: Ray
RANT: I retract my rant of putting Jason in a car -- that was already done. It's Stan that should be put into a car for 17 hours.
TOPIC: Valley Drivers
NAME: Alma
RANT: I do the speed limit on the freeway and sometimes even go over and still there are annoying tailgaters! My payback to them -- and my advice to everyone else -- is to turn on your windshield wipers and release water. This makes a water splash on tailgaters' front window and makes them mad. Hahaha! That's what they get!
TOPIC: University Medical Center
NAME: Jenn
RANT: The children's trauma department at UMC Hospital is absolutely filthy. All of the toys for the kids to play with while waiting for siblings look as if they have not been cleaned in years. Whoever is in charge of that hospital should be ashamed.
