LAS VEGAS -- There's a change at the head of Station Casinos.Lorenzo Fertitta resigned as president on Wednesday to work fulltime at the Ultimate Fighting Championship.At a news conference, Fertitta said the family-owned casino has become so successful, it was requiring more time and attention.The Fertitta family owns a portion of UFC.
Lorenzo's brother, Frank, will now handle day-to-day operations of Station Casinos.
