Teens Sought In Armed Robbery
Police Release Images, Ask For Residents' Help

NORTH LAS VEGAS, Nev. -- North Las Vegas police need help identifying two teens wanted in connection with a robbery outside a convenience store.Just after 11 p.m. on May 7, the teens walked up to a man at a station in the 5100 block of Camino Al Norte.One of the teens threatened the man with a small handgun, police said, demanding his money and cell phones. The victim complied, and the men fled in a four-door, green or blue midsize vehicle.Police were able to find a surveillance tape from a convenience store, showing images of the men. The victim described the one with the gun to be about 18 years old, around 5 feet 7 inches tall and weighing 170 pounds. He has braided hair and was seen wearing a white shirt, long shorts and white shoes.
The second assailant was also described as an 18-year-old black man. He was about 6 feet tall and weighed about 180 pounds. He has short hair and an earring in both ears. He also had a ring on his right middle finger. He was wearing a green shirt and blue jeans.Anyone with information is asked to call Crime Stoppers at 702-385-5555.
