Firefighters Investigate House Fire
Blaze Begins In Garage, Inspector Says

LAS VEGAS -- Firefighters are trying to figure out what sparked a house fire Friday morning.It happened shortly before 9 a.m. near North Jones Boulevard and Farm Road.A Clark County building inspector was the first person who noticed the flames coming from the garage.Firefighters were able to get the fire under control before it reached the living room.
"Their insurance company has been notified, and they're already taking action. The living portion of the home was not damaged by the fire. And if they wanted to, they could stay inside the house," said Las Vegas Fire and Rescue spokesman Tim Szymanski.No one was injured.Fire officials said the three pets inside the home were also not injured.
