LAS VEGAS -- One company wants those soldiers fighting in Iraq and Afghanistan to realize how much they are appreciated.

On Friday, the Southern Nevada Health Care System will be sponsoring a "Welcome Home Celebration" for all veterans of the recent wars.

The party will be hosted at The Texas Station Casino, in the Dallas Ballroom.

Veterans, spouses and caregivers are encouraged to stroll the information booths at their leisure until 5 p.m.

Vendors include the Veterans Benefits Administration, Veterans Health Care Administration and veteran enrollment. Community representatives from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, the College of Southern Nevada and several companies seeking employees will also be in attendance.
