Woman Accused Of DUI Killing Released
State Needs More Time To Come Up With Charges

LAS VEGAS -- The woman accused of driving under the influence and killing a man in a car crash was released on Wednesday under the condition that she return to court within 30 days.Police said Laura Bryner, 20, was on drugs Mother's Day when she apparently slammed into the vehicle of 51-year-old Gregory Reyes, killing him.She had a scheduled court appearance Wednesday, but the state said they needed more time to come up with charges, so she was released.The county will bring Bryner back to court to discuss potential future penalties in connection with the killing of Reyes on June 11.
