Cyclist Ends Cancer Awareness Tour on LIVESTRONG Day

LAS VEGAS -- Seven-time Tour de France winner and cancer survivor Lance Armstrong will be in the Valley Tuesday for LIVESTRONG Day.Armstrong will visit with the patients and staff at the Nevada Cancer Institute.LIVESTRONG is a nonprofit organization Armstrong started during his battle with testicular cancer. The group collects money for cancer research.
Before landing in Las Vegas, Armstrong also visited patients at the Ralph Lauren Center for Cancer Care and Prevention, the Ohio State University's James Cancer Hospital and the University of Denver.
