Judge Says Enough Evidence For Trial

LAS VEGAS -- The man accused of killing model Rachel Gandal had a preliminary hearing on Monday.

The judge said there is enough evidence for David Thomson to go to trial.

Police said Thomson shot and killed the 28-year-old model last December behind the 7-Eleven near Flamingo Road and Rainbow Boulevard.

His arraignment is scheduled for 1:30 p.m. on May 20.
