McCarran Promotes Off-Airport Check-In
Airlines To Charge For 2nd Piece Of Luggage

LAS VEGAS -- If you're a heavy packer, it’s going to cost you.Starting Monday, airlines will charge an average of $20 to $25 to check your second piece of luggage.To help fliers avoid long lines, McCarran Airport was promoting Speed Check Advance.It lets travelers check baggage and obtain their boarding passes at several off-airport locations.
The counters are located at the Luxor, the Venetian, the Las Vegas Convention Center and McCarran's Rent-A-Car center.
