Americans still do not have faith in the U.S. housing market.

According to a new poll from The Associated Press and AOL, one in seven mortgage holders are worried that they won't be able to make their monthly payments on time over the next six months.

Of those polled, 25 percent of homeowners are worried about the value of their homes. Sixty percent also said they will not purchase a new home in the next two years.

There are still some people -- 11 percent of those questioned -- who said they may buy a new home before 2010.
