LAS VEGAS -- Wynn dealers took their case all the way to the Nevada Supreme Court to testify against tip pooling.Las Vegas dealers held a protest against the tip policy in front of the Regional Justice Center.Chairman Steve Wynn added more employees to the dealer's tip pooling back in September of 2006.Some dealers said their salary was cut by as much as 50 percent.“We definitely feel confident that what is going on is illegal. And it’s also immoral and that the hard working people in Nevada, dealers especially, but of course, all tip earners, need to be protected. And that is what we're representing," said dealer Kanie Kastroll. Both sides have given their oral arguments. There is no word yet on the court's decision.
