LAS VEGAS -- A county judge who is suspended might lose her lawyer.

The attorney representing Clark County District Judge Elizabeth Halverson in a civil lawsuit has asked to withdraw from the case.

Robert Spretnak filed court documents claiming Halverson hasn't paid him, and there have been communication problems between the two.

One of Halverson's former employees is suing her for defamation.
