LAS VEGAS -- While his attorney may think he is not a threat, a Clark County judge has determined that Ezekiel Williams, 18, needs to remain behind bars.During a bail hearing Thursday, a judge denied Williams' release, saying he is a threat to the community.Metro investigators said Williams was the driver of a car used during a fatal drive-by shooting that killed Palo Verde sophomore Chris Privett.Officials from the district attorney's office filed a complaint earlier this week to keep Williams in custody.
According to the report, Williams had fired six shots at a group of people while bowling at Texas Station. Also, in a statement released by Metro police from Gerald Davison, 16 -- who police said was the shooter -- Williams provided the gun to Davison for the shooting.
