LAS VEGAS -- Another suspect in Friday's fatal drive-by shooting near Palo Verde High School woke up in jail Wednesday morning.On Tuesday night, the accused driver of the car, 18-year-old Ezekiel Williams, was captured by police.Now, he and the suspected gunman are in jail.Williams was charged with accessory to murder and three counts of accessory to attempted murder.
He's accused of driving the car from which shots were fired, killing Christopher Privett.The 16-year-old accused gunman made his first court appearance Tuesday.
