LAS VEGAS -- While the 40/40 Club has been rocking and rolling, the Palazzo Hotel-Casino will officially open to the public Thursday.Officials said the multimillion-dollar hotel-casino will feature a "Retail Therapy" shopping center, the world's largest Canyon Ranch SpaClub as well as five-star restaurants from Emeril Lagasse, Mario Batali and Wolfgang Puck.The production team behind the Las Vegas performance of "JERSEY BOYS" will also be in attendance.Festivities will kick off at 4:30 p.m. Thursday.
