LAS VEGAS -- Court officials have continued the case against Chester Stiles until 2008.

Stiles, 37, was arrested in October in connection to the sexual assault of a 2-year-old girl on videotape. He is facing more than 20 felony charges in connection to the attack, including sexual assault of a minor and creation of child pornography.

Stiles has been in court several times since his arrest, including his arraignment and waiving his evidentiary hearing. Before Thursday, his attorneys had received one continuance.

His new court date is scheduled for Jan. 9.
