Stiles Back In Court For Arraignment

Man Faces More Than 20 Felony Charges

LAS VEGAS -- The man accused of sexually assaulting a toddler at videotaping it will be back in court Thursday.

Chester Stiles, 37, was arrested in October after a nationwide manhunt. Police said Stiles sexually assault of the 2-year-old girl and creation of a pornographic tape.

The tape was found in the desert near Pahrump by Darrin Tuck. Tuck said he has no affiliation with Stiles or the tape's creation.

Stiles' attorney waived a right to an evidentiary hearing last week. He will be arraigned on more than 20 felony charges in connection to the assault Thursday.
