LAS VEGAS -- Harrah's Entertainment faces criminal charges for unpermitted remodeling work done earlier this year to the Rio, Harrah's on the strip and the Flamingo casinos. The Las Vegas Review-Journal reported Harrah’s will be cited, although there is no word yet on when and who exactly will be named. The company has also reportedly fired 200 supervisors and workers who oversaw the renovations.
Harrah's said those workers are not being blamed for the permit problem. The company just wants to make sure mistakes aren't repeated.
