Stiles Returns To Court

Preliminary Hearing Begins Wednesday

LAS VEGAS -- The man who police said sexually assaulted a two-year-old girl and recorded it to videotape will be in court Wednesday for his preliminary hearing.

In October Chester Stiles, 37, was arrested in Henderson after a nationwide manhunt. Police said he is responsible for creating a pornographic tape with a 2-year-old girl.

The tape was turned over to Nye County authorities in September.

Stiles is facing 24 felony charges, ranging from sexual assault to creation of child pornography.

His trial is scheduled to begin at 10 a.m.
