LAS VEGAS -- Valley residents have been fascinated with the Chester Stiles search and one woman got to see the whole thing firsthand.Dawn Garcia was working at the Subway Sandwich Shop near Green Valley Parkway and Sunset Road when officers pulled over a white Buick Century."I go 'Oh look. He's getting out of the car' when they pulled him over," Garcia said. "I would never have thought -- never in Green Valley, especially."Garcia realized it wasn't a regular traffic stop when she saw a swarm of cops in the parking lot. She said she barely recognized Stiles during the arrest."They were directly on him," she said. "He looked tired -- ragged. He looked like a woman with a bad-hair day."Within 15 minutes, she said Stiles was in handcuffs without a fight. An officer walked into the store asked Garcia if she knew what was going on."I said 'You guys got Stiles, didn't you?'" she responded. "That was what was kind of freaky, that it as so close. Every day I would turn on the news to see if they caught him."Garcia said she will never forget the traffic stop that ended a nationwide manhunt."I'm glad he's off the streets," she said "I have an 11 year old. This little girl is going to be hurt for the rest of her life and that's scary."
