LAS VEGAS -- Nye County District Attorney Robert Beckett said he's filed a felony pornography possession charge against Darrin Tuck, the man who turned in a homemade videotape showing a man raping a 3-year-old girl.Tuck's lawyer said he'll fight the charge and ask a jury whether a man should be punished for turning the tape in.Tuck, 26, has been in the county jail in Pahrump since Sept. 30 on a probation violation for failure to pay child support. He's due in court on Monday.Meanwhile, the search continues for 37-year-old Chester Arthur Stiles. He's been identified as the man on the tape and police consider him the prime suspect in the tape.
