District Attorney: Tuck Failed Polygraph

PAHRUMP, Nev. -- The Nye County District Attorney said the man who turned the sexual abuse tape in to authoritites failed a polygraph test Friday.Darrin Tuck turned the tape over to authorities last week. Tuck admitted to an officer Friday that he has had possession of the tape since May, but only recently turned it over to authorities. He is facing charges of possession of child pornography and promotion of sexual acts of a minor.Authorities would not confirm which section of the polygraph he failed.Stay with FOX5 News or refresh fox5vegas.com for continual updates to this story.
