Cops Release New Images Of Predator

Officers Hope Clearer Images Will Lead To Arrest

Nye County detectives have released two clearer images of the man wanted in collection with the sexual abuse of a girl.

Police said they are still searching for the man's identity, as well as the identity of the girl he is accused of sexually abusing in a video tape. The girl, who is shown in the tape wearing a leopard-print dress, appears to be no older than 5 years old at the time of the recording.

The third person featured on the tape -- an older girl, about 10 years old -- was identified Wednesday, police said.

"The identity came in strictly off a tip off the news coverage," Detective David Boruchowitz said. "So, what we're doing is working. We just hope it will continue to work."

Boruchowitz said the girl is native to Pahrump and safe with her family. She has also never been sexually abused by the man in the tape, police said.

Investigators are now searching the area around the girl's residence, as well as questioning neighbors, in hopes of finding both the man and the younger girl.

Officers said that if you have any information about either person's identity, call the Nye County Sheriff's Office at 775-751-7000.
