LAS VEGAS -- A sixth defendant in the Palace Station armed robbery case turned himself in during Friday morning's bail hearing for co-defendant Charles Cashmore. Charles Erhlich will be the fifth co-defendant in the case against O.J. Simpson.Erhlich traveled from Florida to answer to the charges outlined in an amended complaint filed in open court Friday. Bail for Erhlich was set at $32,000. He was also ordered to surrender his passport and report to his attorney each weekday.Erhich and Cashmore were the men featured in the Palace Station surveillance tape provided by Metro police. At this time, police have not said what Erhich's connection is to the O.J. Simpson case.Also on Friday, bail for defendant Charles Cashmore was set at $28,000. He was placed under house arrest and ordered not to have any contact with the victims, their families, or co-defendants.
Cashmore's attorney requested a speedy preliminary hearing date, which was set for Oct. 4.
