LAS VEGAS -- Metro police confirm another construction-related injury at the CityCenter construction site.The incident happened around 10:20 a.m. Thursday. Police said that two men were injured after one fell from the roof of the building. Both men were transported to University Medical Center Hospital.There is no word on the condition of the men.This is the fourth construction-related accident at the CityCenter construction site. The first three resulted in fatalities.
