LAS VEGAS -- The man who has been arrested in connection with the New York, New York Hotel-Casino shooting is expected to enter a plea deal Thursday.

Steven Zegrean is facing 52 criminal charges including attempted murder, assault with a deadly weapon, and carrying a concealed weapon. Witnesses said Zegrean fired a number of shots from an automatic gun in July. Four people were injured.

Zegrean will be arraigned at 10:30 a.m. in District Court.
