LAS VEGAS -- Las Vegans have mixed emotions about the city's most recent celebrity headline. As O.J. Simpson sits in the Clark County Detention Center until his arraignment hearing Wednesday, many residents are voicing their opinions about "The Juice."There are people for both sides, either supporting him and his innocence, or saying that this may lead to a form of justice he deserves.Simpson was arrested Sunday on charges related to an armed robbery involving sports memorabilia. He is currently being held without bail.Officials from the District Attorney's Office said a criminal complaint will be filed against Simpson and the other people involved.
If the case proceeds to a preliminary hearing, Clark County court officials said a grand jury indictment could potentially happen sometime in October or November. If convicted, Simpson could face up to a century behind bars.
