During a Monday press conference, Clark County court officials said O.J. Simpson's bail is scheduled for 8 a.m. Wednesday. Simpson's hearings concern his arrest Sunday in connection with a Palace Station robbery.

Simpson was arrested Sunday on charges related to an armed robbery involving sports memorabilia. He is currently being held without bail.

"Mr. Simpson is being booked on five felony charges -- category B felonies," said Capt. James Dillon of Metro police. "They are very serious felonies."

Also facing serious charges are his alleged accomplices, including 46-year-old Walter Alexander, of Mesa, Ariz. Alexander has posted bail and been released. Police said Alexander was arrested on two counts of robbery with a deadly weapon, two counts of assault with a deadly weapon, conspiracy to commit robbery and burglary with a deadly weapon. Two firearms were seized, police said.

Currently Simpson and Alexander are the only ones who have been arrested in this case, even though investigators said there were four additional people involved. Metro officials said they expect to make additional arrests in this case Monday. They also said Simpson will face additional charges, potentially including obstruction of justice.

Investigators said Simpson and the other men broke into a hotel room and robbed a memorabilia dealer at gunpoint. TMZ.com has obtained a recording from inside the room.

Simpson has said he was among several people who went to a casino hotel room this week. He said he'd hoped to retrieve some items that belonged to him. He told police no guns were involved. Metro police said the memorabilia that was taken did not belong to nor was ever owned by Simpson.
