McCarran Seventh In U.S. For Easy Arrivals

LAS VEGAS -- McCarran International Airport has made some good strides when it comes to arrivals and departures.Statistics from the Bureau of Transportation said that between January and late June of this year, McCarran ranked seventh in the nation when it comes to arrival performance, up three spots from last year.The airport is also 16th in departures, up 11 spots from last year.Airport officials said they don't put much stock in these statistics because there are so many factors beyond an airport's control.
