Dealers are banding together to take on casino mogul Steve Wynn, claiming he used unfair labor practices. The two parties appeared at the National Labor Relations Board Friday to begin mediation.

A complaint was filed against Wynn regarding a meeting with the casino dealers in October. The complaint said that tempers flared at the meeting and then the dealers said they were threatened.

Dealers at the casino said the tensions stem from having to share their tips with floor supervisors. They said that Wynn threatened to fire them if they attempted to join a union.

The labor board continued the case until further notice. Wynn denies the allegations and he and the Wynn Las Vegas declined to comment.
