Grilled Vegetables For Pasta Salad

2 pc Zucchini sliced and grilled 2 pc Yellow squash sliced and grilled 1 pc Grilled red onion 8 pc Multicolored carrots grilled ½ Cup Marinated roasted tomatoes 4 pc Green pencil asparagus grilled 4 pc White asparagus grilled 2 pc Grilled corn 1.5 Lbs Pasta of your choice Shaved parmesan Chopped parsley Chervil dill Extra virgin olive oil Sherry vinegarBlanch carrots and asparagus in salt water before grilling.
Grill all vegetables and marinate in olive oil and sherry vinegar for 2 hours before assembling the salad.
Cook pasta in salt water with some olive oil and set aside.
