Plymouth Gin 1.25 oz. Pimm's #1 1 oz. St. Germaine .75 oz. Fresh Lemon Juice Juice from one whole lemon Simple Syrup .5 oz. Fee Brother's Grapefruit Bitters .5 oz.

Garnish: Sugar in the Raw on the Rim and Flamed Lemon Zest Glassware: Cocktail Glass

Build: Add all ingredients into a shaker glass and shake vigorously with ice for 10 seconds. Strain into rimmed chilled cocktail glass and garnish.
