Karl Kamb Jr. comes from more than 25 years in the consumer electronics business. As managing partner and co-founder of Transaction Holdings LLC, Karl manages one of Las Vegas' new innovative technology and consumer products manufacturing and import firms.

His company focuses on developing and manufacturing products used by numerous major casinos as giveaways and promotional tools to build and maintain market-share and promote participation in player club card programs.

Previously as CEO of Bydsign Worldwide's U.S. division, Karl designed, manufactured and distributed one of the hottest new electronics products -- LCD and plasma televisions.
"Vegas is one of the largest markets in the U.S. for promotional goods", Kamb said.

His focus is delivering better products, prices and service than his many more established competitors. Transaction Holdings LLC knows technology and consumer products and develops sophisticated marketing plans tied to hot new products that drive casino marketing initiatives.
Karl has a diverse background in technology from business development, product design, supply chain and sales and marketing. He has served in executive positions with some of the world's largest electronics manufacturers and retailers such as Compaq Computer, Toshiba America, Wal-Mart Stores, INC. and the UK retailer Dixon's Group PLC.
