LAS VEGAS -- There's a silver lining in this bleak economy, and that's relief at the pump.Gas prices are going down.In the Valley, at least one station has gone beneath the $3 mark.Huey's Mart at North Decatur Boulevard and Vegas Drive is selling regular unleaded for $2.99 a gallon.The average price in the Valley is about $3.32.While most admitted it was a nice start to the weekend, Las Vegans said they hope prices fall even more.Demand for gasoline is at its lowest since 1999.Experts said economic concerns over the past four weeks are keeping people from driving much, so demand is going down.
