This is Evetta McDowell.

On December 8, 2001, the victim went to McDowell's home to pick up her children. The two women argued over $30 before McDowell stabbed the victim with a butcher knife.

McDowell, 37, is 5 feet 8 inches and weighs 140 pounds. She has black hair and brown eyes.

McDowell has scars on her left arm and abdomen. She also goes by the names Evetta Shantay McDowell or Shante McDowell.
