USDA guidelines recommend that children ages 4 to 8 consume about 1 to 1 ½ cups of fruit a day. For ages 9 to 13, 1 ½ cups is the recommended amount. Blueberries are a very kid-friendly fruit – keep some around for snacking and to use in recipes.
