And, the star of 'TIL DEATH, Brad Garrett, served as witness to the ceremony, plus showered the happy couple with their first wedding gifts - a Sony Cyber-Shot digital camera and a pair of tickets to his performance that evening at the Mirage Hotel & Casino!

‘Til Death Las Vegas Wedding Sweepstakes

OFFICIAL RULES NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. SWEEPSTAKES OFFERED ONLY IN THE 48 CONTIGUOUS STATES OF THE U.S. (AND D.C.) VOID IN ALASKA, HAWAII & OUTSIDE THE 48 CONTIGUOUS STATES (AND D.C.) AND WHERE PROHIBITED.

1.How to Enter: The ‘Til Death Las Vegas Wedding Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) begins at 12:01 a.m. Pacific Time (“PT”) on March 27, 2007 and ends at 11:59 p.m. PT on March 29, 2007(“Sweepstakes Period”). For purposes of this Sweepstakes, all times refer to Pacific Time (“PT”). Internet Entry Only: To enter access the KVVU-TV/FOX5 Las Vegas station website located at www.fox5vegas.com and click on the Sweepstakes textlink or icon, either of which will take you to the Sweepstakes Web Site (“Web Site”). Then, follow the online instructions to complete and submit a Sweepstakes entry form. Information required on the entry form consists of your first name, last name, email address, date of birth, gender, address, city, state, zip code, telephone number with area code where you can be reached between 12 P.M. PT (noon) and 3:00 P.M. PT on March 30, 2007 (collectively “Entry Information”). Entries must be received by 11:59 p.m. PT on March 29, 2007. All required Entry Information must be completed in full. Proof of delivery or receipt of an entry will not be deemed by Sony Pictures Television and KVVU-TV/FOX5 (collectively “Sponsors”) as proof of entry. Limit one (1) Entry per person. Entries by same person in excess of the limit stated herein will be disqualified. Any attempted form of entry other than as described herein is void.

2.Eligibility: No purchase necessary to enter or win. Void where prohibited. To be eligible to enter this Sweepstakes and to win a prize, both the entrant and his/her fiancée/fiancé must be unmarried, be legal residents of the forty-eight (48) contiguous states of the United States (and the District of Columbia) (Void in Alaska and Hawaii) who are physically located and residing therein, and who are of the age of legal majority in their state(s) of residence or older as of March 27, 2007 and who, if they applied for a marriage license, would be eligible to be legally married in Las Vegas, Nevada under the laws of Nevada. Employees of Sponsors, Skycastle Entertainment, Inc., Sullivan Compliance Company (“Sweepstakes Administrator”), participating stations, their advertising or promotion agencies, those involved in the production, development, implementation or handling of Sweepstakes, any agents acting for, or on behalf of the above entities, their respective parent companies, officers, directors, subsidiaries, affiliates, licensees, service providers, prize suppliers, any other person or entity associated with Sweepstakes (collectively “Sweepstakes Entities”) and/or members of their immediate families (spouses, children, siblings, parents) and/or persons living in the same household as such persons, whether or not related, are ineligible to enter Sweepstakes.

3.Prize/Odds of Winning: One (1) Grand Prize (“GP”): A wedding ceremony on April 7, 2007 for the winning couple (entrant and fiancé/fiancée) (“Grand Prize Couple”) in Las Vegas, Nevada consisting of a wedding ceremony at The Little White Chapel in Las Vegas; one (1) Sony Cyber-Shot digital camera; and one (1) pair of tickets to Brad Garrett's performance at the Mirage Hotel & Casino on April 7, 2007. In addition, subject to scheduling and availability, the Grand Prize Couple will also have the opportunity for Brad Garrett to serve as a witness at the wedding ceremony. NOTE: THIS PRIZE DOES NOT INCLUDE ANY TRANSPORTATION FOR THE GRAND PRIZE COUPLE TO LAS VEGAS, NV OR ANY HOTEL ACCOMMODATIONS FOR THE GRAND PRIZE COUPLE IN LAS VEGAS, NV. ALL SUCH TRAVEL/ACCOMMODATIONS ARE AT THE GRAND PRIZE COUPLE’S SOLE EXPENSE AND RISK. This prize does not include any wedding license or other legal fees/expense, which must be arranged for and paid for by the Grand Prize Couple. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) $1,000. Proper identification is required to obtain wedding license. Grand Prize Couple must provide any/all I.D. documents required by Nevada law for issuance of a marriage license. Specific details of wedding ceremony are subject to Sponsors’ sole discretion. Sponsors are not responsible for cancellation of wedding ceremony and/or Brad Garrett’s attendance at the ceremony and/or the scheduled appearance of Brad Garrett at the Mirage on April 7, 2007. All expenses and incidentals not specifically mentioned as being included are excluded. Wedding ceremony and attendance at Brad Garrett’s show at the Mirage Hotel must take place on April 7, 2007, or on such other date chosen by Sponsors at their sole discretion. If Grand Prize Couple cannot attend on the scheduled date, they shall forfeit their prize and an alternate winner may be selected at Sponsors’ sole discretion. No substitution, transfer, or cash equivalent for prize, except that Sponsors may at their sole discretion substitute a prize of comparable value. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Any depiction of prize is for illustration purposes only. GP winner is solely responsible for all unspecified incidentals, including, but not limited to, any and all transportation, hotel accommodations, meals, gratuities, phone calls, insurance, taxes, and any other expenses not specifically mentioned as being included. All federal, state, or other taxes are sole responsibility of winner.

4.Drawing and Notification of Winner: Potential winner will be randomly selected from all eligible Entries received in a drawing held on or about March 30, 2007 (“Drawing Date”). The Grand Prize winner will be notified by phone between 12:00 p.m. (noon) PT and 3:00 p.m. PT on March 30, 2007 at the phone number noted on the potential GP winner’s entry. If potential winner cannot be reached after a reasonable effort has been exerted, he/she is found to be ineligible, he/she cannot or does not comply with these Official Rules, or if his/her prize or prize notification is returned as undeliverable, that potential winner will be disqualified and an alternate potential winner may be selected at Sponsors’ sole discretion.

5.General Conditions: Sweepstakes is subject to these Official Rules and all federal, state and local laws and regulations (collectively “Rules and Laws”). Potential GP winner will be required to execute, have notarized, and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Compliance with the Official Rules, a Liability Release, a Publicity Release (where legal), and any other documentation that Sweepstakes Administrator and/or Sponsors may require (collectively “Affidavit/Releases”), within one (1) day after potential GP winner’s receipt of such Affidavit/Releases without which such potential GP winner may be disqualified and an alternate potential GP winner may be selected. By returning the completed Affidavit/Releases, GP winner attests to the authenticity of his/her Entry. Guest fiancé/fiancée will be required to execute, have notarized and return a Liability Release, a Publicity Release, and any other documentation that Sweepstakes Administrator and/or Sponsors may require within one (1) day of receipt of these documents by potential GP winner. A fax copy of the winner’s Affidavit/Release and Guest Release may be requested and such fax copy will have the same force and effect as the original document. Once submitted, Entries become the sole property of Sponsors and will not be returned. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in Sponsors’ privacy policies except where prohibited by law, entry and/or winner’s acceptance of prize constitutes permission of winner for Sponsors to use, without notice or further compensation, worldwide, and in perpetuity, in any and all forms of media, now known and hereafter devised, including, without limitation, on the Web Site, winner’s first name, last initial, city and state. In addition, except where prohibited by law, winner’s acceptance of prize constitutes permission of winner for Sponsors to use, without notice or further compensation, worldwide, and in perpetuity, on their Web site and on TV , winner’s and spouses first name, last name, city, state, likeness, and biographical information. Additionally, if an entrant chooses to opt-in to a specific offer on the entry form from a participating Sweepstakes Entity, his/her personal information will be subject to that Sweepstakes Entity’s privacy policy (accessible from the Sweepstakes entry page) and terms of service (if applicable), and such entrant (or, if a resident of a jurisdiction that deems him/her to be a minor, his/her parent or legal guardian) agrees to receive additional email communication from that Sweepstakes Entity. Entry into the Sweepstakes and / or winner determination is not affected by an individual’s decision to opt-in or out of any offer. Sponsors are in no way responsible for such independent offers from Sweepstakes Entities. Sponsors reserve the right, at their sole discretion, to disqualify any individual they find to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes or the Web Site or any Web site related to the Sweepstakes; to be acting in violation of the Official Rules; or to be acting in a non-sportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person. Any person attempting to defraud or in any way tamper with this Sweepstakes will be ineligible to win the prize and will be prosecuted to the full extent of the law. If, for any reason, the Sweepstakes is not capable of running as originally planned, Sponsors, at their sole discretion, reserve the right to cancel, suspend or modify the Sweepstakes or any portion(s) thereof and conduct the drawing from all eligible Entries received prior to and/or after (as appropriate) the action taken by Sponsors. In case of a dispute over the identity of an entrant who submitted the winning Entry, the owner of the email account associated with that Entry may be deemed the entrant, at Sponsors’ sole discretion, must comply with these Official Rules and such owner may be required to provide proof of ownership of the email account to be eligible to win the prize.

6.Disclaimers: Sweepstakes Entities are not responsible or liable for, and will deem ineligible, Entries that are entered by other than human means or mass Entries (such as by an automated computer program or any non-human mechanism, entity, or device), or for Entries that are illegible, late, destroyed, lost, misplaced, stolen, misdirected, tampered with, incomplete, deleted, damaged, , or otherwise not in compliance with these Official Rules and all such Entries will be disqualified. By entering Sweepstakes, entrants agree and acknowledge to be bound by the Rules and Laws, as well as the decisions of Sweepstakes Administrator which are final and binding in all respects; to waive any rights to claim ambiguity with the Rules and Laws, and that Sweepstakes Entities shall have no responsibility or liability (including, but not limited to, liability for any property loss, damage, personal injury or death) in connection with: participation in this Sweepstakes (including, but not limited to, human error; incorrect or inaccurate transcription of Entry Information; acceptance/possession, use/misuse and/or defects of the prize awarded herein; any technical malfunctions of the telephone network, computer online system, computer dating mechanism, computer equipment, software, or internet service provider utilized by Sweepstakes; interruption or inability to access Sweepstakes, Web Site, or any online service via the internet due to hardware or software compatibility problems; any damage to entrant’s (or any third person’s) computer and/or its contents related to or resulting from any part of this Sweepstakes; any lost/delayed data transmissions, omissions, interruptions, defects and/or any other errors or malfunctions, even if caused by the negligence of one of the Sweepstakes Entities. Entrants further agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Sweepstakes Entities from any and all liability resulting or arising from the Sweepstakes, to release all rights to bring any claim, action or proceeding against the Sweepstakes Entities, and hereby acknowledge that said Sweepstakes Entities have neither made nor are in any manner responsible or liable for any warranty, representation or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to the prize, including express warranties provided exclusively by a prize supplier that may be sent along with a prize.

7.Governing Law, Jurisdiction Arbitration: By submitting a Sweepstakes Entry, entrants agree that any controversy or claim arising out of or relating to (i) the Sweepstakes, (ii) the awarding or redemption of the prize (iii) the determination of the scope or applicability of these Official Rules; and/or (iv) this Agreement (collectively “Claims”), including the enforcement, arbitrability or interpretation of such Claims shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the substantive laws of the State of California without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules or provisions that would cause the application of any other state’s laws. And that such Claims shall be submitted to final and binding arbitration, to be held in Los Angeles County, California, before a single arbitrator, in accordance with California Code of Civil Procedure §§ 1280 et seq. The arbitrator shall be selected by mutual agreement of the parties or, if the parties cannot agree, then by selecting an arbitrator from a list of arbitrators supplied by JAMS (Judicial Arbitration and Mediation Services). If the parties still cannot agree on an arbitrator, the arbitrator shall be appointed by JAMS. The arbitration shall be a confidential proceeding, closed to the general public. The arbitrator shall issue a written opinion stating the essential findings and conclusions upon which the arbitrator’s award is based. The parties will share equally in payment of the arbitrator’s fees and arbitration expenses and any other costs unique to the arbitration hearing (recognizing that each side bears its own deposition, witness, expert and attorneys’ fees and other expenses to the same extent as if the matter were being heard in court). Notwithstanding the foregoing, the arbitrator may require that such fees be borne in such other manner as the arbitrator determined is required in order for this arbitration clause to be enforceable under applicable law. Entrant (or, if a resident of a jurisdiction that deems him/her to be a minor, his/her parent or legal guardian) agrees that his/her Claim will be resolved individually, exclusively by arbitration, without resort to any form of class action. Entrant (or, if a resident of a jurisdiction that deems him/her to be a minor, his/her parent or legal guardian) further agrees that any claim/judgment/award in such arbitration shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with participating in the Sweepstakes but in no event attorneys' fees; and, under no circumstances, will an entrant be entitled to awards for and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or increased.

Entrants further understand and agree that they shall have no right to enjoin or restrain the development, production, advertising, promotion, distribution or exploitation of the Sweepstakes or any other Sponsor (or any of its respective parent companies, subsidiaries or affiliates) production, project or picture.

THE PARTIES HEREBY WAIVE THEIR RIGHT TO JURY TRIAL WITH RESPECT TO ALL CLAIMS AND ISSUES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THIS AGREEMENT WHETHER SOUNDING IN CONTRACT OR TORT, AND INCLUDING ANY CLAIM FOR FRAUDULENT INDUCEMENT THEREOF.

Should any term(s) of these Official Rules be deemed void, unenforceable or contrary to law, such term(s) shall, but only to the extent necessary to bring these Official Rules within the requirements of law, be deemed to be severed from the other terms of these Official Rules, and the remainder of these Official Rules shall be given effect as if it had not included the severed term(s) herein.

8.Rules/Name of Winner: For the name of the winner or for a copy of these Official Rules, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope (with proper postage affixed) to: ‘Til Death Las Vegas Wedding Sweepstakes, “Rules”/“Winner” (specify which), c/o Sony Pictures Television, Media Relations Dept, 10202 W. Washington Blvd., WWD 2344, Culver City, CA 90232. All requests must be received by July 7, 2007. Official Rules will also be accessible from the Web Site. Winner’s name may also be posted on the Web Site and the web site of the TV Show “’Til Death.”
